Saturday the 19th of september 2010,
Battle of Hastings was elected.
That means, that he in the season 2011 again can recieve mares
for covering.
Sartors
Battle of Hastings performed a very fine ridingtest, although he
was badly damaged as young.

I the undersigned declare, that I have been training Battle of
Hastings
concerning the final aproval at Vilhelmsborg.
The Stallion has been very collaborating during the progress,
and have shown no sign of problems refering to the damage on his
hind leg.
The Stallion shows good caracteristiks in dressage, and
extremely fine jumpingskills.

Finally arrived the day where Sartors Battle of
Hastings was presented to the KNN for the
first time. KNN awarded him with the 1st
prize in the Sporttype Knabstrupper
category. He is the proof that a
100% purebred Knabstrupper stallion not
necessarily must be a somewhat heavyset
classical type. He did however also score a
2nd prize in the Classical Type category.
Our selective breeding has with Battle come
to fruity. He is noble and elegant with
extraordinary good movements, inherited from
his sire Figaro af Hallundbaek KNN 147 DK
Knab. Besides we beleive that he is
homozygote for both LP and PATN, but only
time will tell. As he is still young, he
will only be available in 2007 to a limited
number of mares. After the first 10 bookings
only mares with full pedigree will be
accepted.
